Catering

The Sussex Beacon prides itself on having a professional catering team who can offer an extensive range of meals and refreshments to suit your needs. You can discuss with our chefs any special dietary requirements that your attendees have and our catering team will tailor the menu accordingly.

The Sussex Beacon has been awarded Excellent:5 stars for our very high standards of compliance with food safety legislation and also demonstrating best practice in managing and achieving this.

We are also regularly awarded the Clean Food award by Brighton & Hove council and the Heartbeat Award, which is nationally recognised and is given to those caterers who meet the necessary standards in healthy menu choices, non-smoking provision and food hygiene, all factors which reflect the greater understanding we now have about diet and disease.
