Why we need your help
The Sussex Beacon has to raise over 40% of it's income through fundraising and it costs approximately £1.3 million per year to maintain current service levels.
Although we receive 60% of funding from local statutory funders, this presents a real challenge year on year. We rely heavily on fundraising and the goodwill of our local community to bridge the half a million pound shortfall needed to keep our services running.
How to Support Us
There are several ways to help The Sussex Beacon:
- Make a donation via www.justgiving.com/sussexbeacon
- Set up a regular direct debit or standing order
- Leave a gift in your Will to The Sussex Beacon
- Fund a service or new project
- Donate or purchase an item from our Wish List at www.sussexbeacon.org.uk
- Attend or participate in a Sussex Beacon event
- Sponsor one of our high profile events such as the Half Marathon or Garden Gadabout
- Organise a fundraiser in aid of The Sussex Beacon
- Have a collection box at your premises/business
