What does the service offer?

Join us for this nine-week course exploring ways of:

  • living with more ease and awareness, even in difficult times
  • accepting ourselves as we are, without judgement
  • having more choice in how we respond to the events of our lives, whatever happens

This course is also known as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. It has benefited many thousands of people, the majority of them living with chronic pain, and/or anxiety and depression.

Venue: The Sussex Beacon, 10 Bevendean Road, Brighton
