At The Sussex Beacon we openly encourage and welcome any feedback you may have relating to your experience of using our services including compliments and complaints.
We aim to provide a high standard of service for everyone but on occasions, we don’t always get things right and you may feel unhappy with the service or care that you received.
If you feel things have gone wrong then we have a process to ensure your complaint is handled fairly. In the first instance, you can request to speak to a manager who will be able to assist in answering your questions or you can put your concerns in writing.
We will carefully review your concern and where we can we will put things right. If we can’t we will explain why and apologise when we have been at fault.
