This one day workshop will provide both theoretical and practical training on the delivery of clinical supervision in health care settings.It will be a fun and engaging day using a variety of learning methods, predominantly aimed at new supervisors but also as a refresher for more experienced supervisors.
This Mindfulness Living course gives people an understanding of the basic practises of mindfulness and explores how we can implement them into our everyday lives to help bring more clarity, connection, freedom and ease.

We accept referrals for our Inpatient Unit from doctors, nurses, GPs, mental health teams and social services for people living in Brighton & Hove and East and West Sussex.
